Everything comes down to data

That was the message from our CEO and Founder, Robert Hardy, when asked how technology can help businesses remain compliant amid changing trade regulations.

During this year's Multimodal exhibition, Meantime’s Dulcie Jervis had the opportunity to interview Rob about the challenges companies face around customs processes, and how EORI is positioned to support them.

As echoed across the Multimodal 2025 show floor, Rob highlighted how AI, data analytics, and digital tools (like EORI’s own CABIE platform) are playing more and more of a central role in reshaping how the supply chain operates.

“It’s not about customs declarations, and it’s not about borders - it’s about data. Everything comes down to data.”
