What is the Cabinet Office (CO) ?

The Cabinet Office is a ministerial department that supports the Prime Minister and the effective running of the UK government.

The Cabinet Office is the strategic center of government, working with HM Treasury to ensure the government's policies and priorities are implemented. The Cabinet Office also leads on certain critical policy areas.
