Reset / Forgotten Password

This article explains how to quickly and easily reset your password if you've forgotten it or need to update it for security reasons. Follow the step-by-step instructions to regain access to your account and ensure your information stays secure.

Step 1:   

Head to the sign in screen and click reset password, you can do so here.

Step 2:  

Enter the email address linked to your account and click continue. 

  • This will send you a link to your email address, which is needed for the next step, so go ahead and click this link. 

  Step 3: 

Choose a new password, your password must: 

  • Be minimum 8 characters 
  • At least one uppercase letter 
  • At least one lowercase letter 
  • At least one number 
  • At least one special character (@ $ ! % * ? &) 
  • Must not have been used previously 

Once you have chosen a new Password, you can now log in with the new account details on the 'Login page'.
