Northern Ireland Retail Movement Scheme (NIRMS)

The Northern Ireland Retail Movement Scheme (NIRMS) was established under the Windsor Framework to move pre-packed agri-food retail goods from GB into NI.

NIRMS provides a route for retail agri-food products to move from Great Britain to Northern Ireland without having to comply with the full range of EU goods and customs rules that apply to Northern Ireland.
