How to 'Allow Cookies'

Cookies help keep your ENS declarations secure and uninterrupted while you complete them. They allow the application to remember your progress, keep you signed in, and ensure the information you enter is correctly linked to your session.

How to Check or Enable Cookies

Below are steps for the most common browsers. After enabling cookies, refresh the page or restart your browser and try again.

 

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and select the three dots (top-right)
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Privacy and security
  4. Click Cookies and other site data
  5. Ensure Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito is selected
  6. Scroll to Sites that can always use cookies and add our website if needed

 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and select the three dots (top-right)
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Cookies and site permissions
  4. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data
  5. Turn Allow sites to save and read cookie data On
  6. Add our website under Allow if required

 

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and select the menu (three lines)
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Privacy & Security
  4. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard
  5. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and ensure cookies are not blocked for our site
  6. Click Manage Exceptions to allow our website if needed

 

Safari (macOS)

  1. Open Safari
  2. Click Safari in the menu bar, then Settings
  3. Select the Privacy tab
  4. Uncheck Block all cookies
  5. Close settings and refresh the page

 

Safari (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and select Safari
  3. Under Privacy & Security, turn Block All Cookies Off
  4. Close Settings and retry the website
