How to Check or Enable Cookies
Below are steps for the most common browsers. After enabling cookies, refresh the page or restart your browser and try again.

- Open Chrome and select the three dots (top-right)
- Go to Settings
- Select Privacy and security
- Click Cookies and other site data
- Ensure Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito is selected
- Scroll to Sites that can always use cookies and add our website if needed
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge and select the three dots (top-right)
- Go to Settings
- Select Cookies and site permissions
- Click Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Turn Allow sites to save and read cookie data On
- Add our website under Allow if required
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox and select the menu (three lines)
- Go to Settings
- Select Privacy & Security
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and ensure cookies are not blocked for our site
- Click Manage Exceptions to allow our website if needed
Safari (macOS)
- Open Safari
- Click Safari in the menu bar, then Settings
- Select the Privacy tab
- Uncheck Block all cookies
- Close settings and refresh the page
Safari (iPhone / iPad)
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and select Safari
- Under Privacy & Security, turn Block All Cookies Off
- Close Settings and retry the website
