You are registering for access to the CABIE ICS2 Portal, this service allows you to enter and submit the required data for an EU Import Control System declaration (ICS2).
Step 1: Head to the CABIE ICS2 portal *INSERT HYPERLINK* and enter your email in the box and click continue. This will send you a verification code to your email address which is needed for the next step. This should take up to 30 seconds to come through.
You will then be taken to the next page to enter your company details, please note you must have an EU EORI number OR be based in Switzerland or Norway to register for this service.
Step 2: You should have received a 4 digit code via that email, enter that in the 'Verification Code' box.
From then, fill out your Company details as the boxes are named.
VAT Number & Company Number are optional fields, and if you have been given a Referral Code please use this, otherwise this is optional.
Step 3: Continuing with your company details will take you to our terms and conditions with DocuSign. If you have issues with signing the DocuSign document (for example the document didn’t load), please re-attempt the sign up process.
Step 4: Once you have signed the DocuSign you will receive an email to confirm that your application is Under Review. This will take up to 72 hours for our Client Relations team to respond.
Step 5: Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email from icssupport@eori.uk to activate your ICS2 account. Please check Junk / spam folder if you cannot find this.
To activate your account, click the 'Activate My Account' hyperlink inside that email and set a password.
Once you have set your password, you can now sign in using *INSERT URL FOR ICS2*
