Delivered at Place (DAP)

One of the Incoterms rules that divides transport, cost and risk obligations between buyers and sellers. Under DAP, the seller pays for the transport and bears the risk of loss or damage to the named place in the buyer's country.

When goods are bought or sold under Delivery at Place (DAP), it means that the seller delivers the goods to a place previously agreed upon by the seller and the buyer.
