This guide walks you through the process of creating an EU ENS declaration (ICS2) in three steps. Follow the detailed instructions below to ensure a smooth and accurate submission.
First sign into your account and select 'Request ENS' from the top banner of the dashboard. Where you will be taken to the create ENS screen with information about creating an EU ENS declaration.
Select the "Create ENS" button to begin creating your ENS Declaration.
Declarant:
This will always default to EORI Ireland Limited.
Job Reference:
Enter a reference number that you would like to use for the shipment. This will appear on the Dashboard to help you identify each shipment.
Transport Identity: *CHANGE ME*
Select ADD TRANSPORT to enter the vehicle details and accompanied status.
- For RoRo accompanied loads and loads using the EURO Shuttle Service the vehicle registration will need to be entered in the vehicle ID section.
- For RoRo unaccompanied loads the IMO number of the ship the goods travel on will need to be entered in the vehicle ID section.
Select 'Add' to save these details.
Carrier/Ferry Operator:
- For Unaccompanied Shipments this should be set to the Ferry Operator
- For Accompanied / EURO Shuttle Service shipments this should be set to the Haulier
Port of Departure:
> Select the port of departure from the dropdown menu. You can type to find the Port to make this easier!
Departure Date & Time:
Select the date and expected time the goods will leave the port of departure.
Port of Arrival:
Select the port at which the goods are arriving to. You can type to find the Port to make this easier!
Arrival Date and Time:
Select the date and time you estimate the goods to arrive at said port
Place of loading: *CHANGE ME*
Place of loading can be completed at this stage if all the consignments associated with the shipment are loaded in the one location. If consignments are loaded in different locations, please leave this section blank and complete the loading details at the consignments stage.
Place of unloading: *CHANGE ME*
Place of unloading can be completed at this stage if all the consignments associated with the shipment are unloaded at the one location. If consignments are to be unloaded in different locations, please leave this section blank and complete the unloading details at the consignments stage.
Place of Delivery: *CHANGE ME*

Route:
Select Routing Countries and use the drop-down menus to enter the countries the shipment will travel through. You can select up to 9 Routing Countries including your Departure Country and Destination country!
