Resetting your password
Follow the steps in this article to reset your CABIE Portal password and regain access to your account. The password reset process allows users to securely create a new password if they are unable to log in.
Before You Begin
To reset your password, you will need:
- Your CABIE Portal username
- Access to the email account associated with your portal login
Please note:
- Your new password cannot be a password that has been used previously
How to Reset Your Password
Step 1: Open the Login Page

Navigate to the CABIE Express Portal login page.
Step 2: Select “Forgotten your Password?”

On the login screen, click: Forgotten your Password?
Step 3: Enter Your Username

Enter your username into the password reset form.

Once entered, click: Continue
Step 4: Check Your Email

A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

Open the email and follow the password reset link provided.
Step 5: Create a New Password

Enter a new password for your account.

Your new password:

Must not have been used previously

Should be secure and memorable

Once submitted, your password will be updated.
After Resetting Your Password
After successfully resetting your password:
- Return to the login page
- Sign in using your new password

- Your spam or junk email folder
- That the correct username was entered
- Your email inbox has available storage
